I hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences and a MA in Political Psychology. I've started to work in the humanitarian field after acknowledging the importance of the organizations' work on the ground.
I’m concerned about the migration issue and decided to come to Lesvos to work on improving the situation of refugees and asylum seekers. As a European, I feel responsible to help people less privileged than me who flee from conflict and violence and I feel ashamed of the political decisions of turning our back on them. Fenix has a unique human quality in its work, it’s compassionate and warm. I deeply admire the team’s effort and passion for defending human rights and that makes me feel proud to belong to it.
