There are many ways to get involved in our mission of achieving a just and equitable European asylum system that treats people with dignity and respects their rights.
Creating change requires people, organizations and alliances working across Europe to advocate for change on the local, national and European level. It also requires individuals who are working directly on the ground to ensure that people who are seeking international protection receive the dignified services they deserve.
Fenix is committed to achieving a diverse and inclusive workplace. As an equal opportunity employer, we consider all qualified applicants for employment without regard to their race, color, national origin, ethnic background, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, medical condition, age, family status or political opinion.
Fenix is able to submit the required documentation for people who join our team as part of an internship scheme with universities, bar associations or Erasmus sponsorship. For other schemes, please email recruitment@fenixaid.org
